- Do not expose yourself to direct sunlight for 4 days following your treatment.
Wear SPF. - Avoid excessive exercise, gyms, swimming pools, saunas and hot baths for a week following your treatment.
- Do not drink alcohol for 24 hours following your treatment.
- Do not wear make-up for 48hour following your treatment.
